Build-on-Site Sheds.

TIGHT SPOT?
TOUGH HOA?

HAVING YOUR SHED BUILT ON-SITE MAY BE THE ANSWER FOR YOU.

In researching sheds and browsing through this site, you may see that Liberty Sheds delivers our sheds fully assembled. The buildings are brought in on a truck and put into place with equipment that helps the team navigate tricky terrain. Buying prefabricated (prefab) sheds that are built in our manufacturing facilities is the most efficient and cost-effective way to add a shed to your property.

But let’s face it. Delivering a fully constructed shed may not work in every situation. But no worries! Liberty Sheds has you covered with a build-on-site option.

What are scenarios that may require building on-site?

Space Limitations: No matter how hard you try, a 12-foot-wide shed won’t fit into an 8-foot opening.

  • Fenced-in Yard: Keep in mind, customers can remove a section or two of an existing fence and put it back after delivery. But if that isn’t an option, building on-site may be the best option.

  • Local Restrictions: Some municipalities have strict guidelines with regard to hauling large buildings. Building on-site may provide more flexibility.

  • Urban Settings: If you live very close to neighbors, you may not be allowed to encroach on your neighbor’s property for shed delivery. Building on-site can help avoid that scenario.

  • HOA Rules & Regulations: Liberty has worked with many customers where HOAs simply do not allow for this kind of delivery to a backyard but do allow for on-site construction.

  • Steep or Difficult Driveways: If properties are only accessible by a steep road or there is a driveway that is obstructed by trees or power lines, building on-site might be the best option.

  • Larger Shed: Most shed companies can only deliver sheds up to 14 foot in width. If you need a larger size, such as a 16x40, building on-site allows us to accommodate that request.

All Liberty build-on-site sheds have the same excellent materials and craftsmanship as our prefab sheds. Because building on-site requires a more complicated process than manufacturing at the plant, there is an extra fee associated with this option. For build-on-site sheds, payment of 25% deposit is required, with another 50% due for crew to start, and then the remaining 25% due at completion. Please see your local dealer for more details.
